Aims:
The module offers a team exercise to pre-produce a live arts or performance project from an industry/commercial/professional brief that will enable students to work within client/external oriented parameters, developing appropriate working methods, meeting specific external led requirements, with leading edge conception, design and pre-production techniques.

Learning Teaching & Assessment Strategy:
A series of lectures will deliver up-to-date case studies, advice on team working, and an outline of product development and pre-production processes. Learning is applied through project pre-production, supported by tutorials and selected exercises. For group work all members receive the same mark. NB This module must be passed at 40% in order to qualify for the BA (Hons) Live Arts and Performance and, if necessary, supplementary assessment must be taken with attendance.
