Aims:
To develop further appreciation of roles in TV production and consolidate understanding of TV production techniques as applied in current industry practices and standards

Learning Teaching & Assessment Strategy:
Lectures, demonstrations and location work. A TV drama production, the associated production folder and a presentation are used to assess the student`s appreciation of roles in TV production.
Supplementary assessment: the student will be required to repair the deficiency in the relevant failed areas of the module and will be required to repeat with attendance relevant sections of the course, in particular, Assessment 1: Repeat with attendance, as this is group work and not an individual project.

Outline Syllabus:
Appreciation of industry standards. Production development. Preparation, production and post-production of a drama storyline; working in professional production roles. The use of professional equipment and procedures.
