Aims:
To enable the student to reflect summatively and in a synoptic manner on their experiential learning achievements

To develop an awareness of issues which allow the engineer or technologist to work in a professional manner and to plan their continuing professional development

Learning Teaching & Assessment Strategy:
This module is characterised as `work-based learning` constituting part of a Foundation Degree. The module will be delivered via lectures, tutorials and self-directed study that will incorporate analysis and evaluation of academic achievements, work place activities and future academic and professional aspirations.
