To introduce students to draw flow sheets using CAD software and to develop their visualisation and skteching skill.

Outline Syllabus:
Introductory lecture: aims of the course, first and third angle projection, isometric projection, basics of using Autocad. Engineering applications: representing three dimensions on paper, three - view and isometric sketching. Interpreting three-view drawings, valves, pumps and pressure vessels. Engineering drawing: basics of using Autocad, three-view drawing using Autocad, process flow diagrams using Autocad.
